22-Jul-2022 — ESS information is now housed on the Staff Intranet and Service Directory, which bring together all UWA systems and internal services.

How to login
  • 1. Go to the uwa website (www.uwa.edu.au) and click on 'My UWA' in the top right corner
  • 2. On the next page, enter your student number and password into the login boxes and click 'Login'
  • 3. You will be taken to a new page where you can select either 'Student Services & Payments' or 'eStudent'. Select 'eStudent'.
  • 4. Once in eStudent you will be able to access your enrolment information, course outlines and assessment results, amongst other things.
